Pluspunten: I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company.
The first delivery person contacted me for help finding my location, he already had all the coordinates so I could only wait outside on the road for him. He never arrived. The company informed me that the driver found my house but no one was there, he even confirmed the location with my neighbors. This is all false. I was at home and so was my family. No neighbors ever spoke to that delivery man.
The second delivery has been scheduled and he arrives at the correct house. But now the driver asks me for an additionnal fee of 40e cash. There is no information of additional fees on person on the delivery company website.
